In the years since releasing her album, Iggy has dropped several chart-topping standalone singles, and, most recently, a six-track EP titled Survive The Summer featuring vocals by guest artist Tyga.

The album produced massive hit singles "Fancy" and "Black Widow." The New Classic topped the Billboard Top R&B/Hip -Hop Albums chart, making her the first non-American female rap artist to reach the top of the chart. The influence of her early days in the US remained with her as she went on to release her debut mixtape, and later her debut studio album The New Classic in 2014. After hopping around a few different cities, the young artist landed in Atlanta where she absorbed the southern-drawl of her surroundings. With her eyes set on the birthplace of hip-hop she headed straight for the US and never looked back. Australia-native Iggy Azalea quite literally followed her dreams when she fled her homeland in 2006 at just 16 years old.
